We understand it can be tricky purchasing online. Our return policy ensures that you can exchange unused items in their original condition and packaging within 10 days for store credit.

- Shapewear that has a crotch ( Postpartum )
- Creams and Oils
- Items purchased during a sale or with a promotion are eligible for exchange of size ONLY, if size is available. If not available, they are non-returnable.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
- Shipping cost is not included in returns or exchanges.
REQUIREMENTS
Returns are subject to quality approval by our returns department. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unstained
- Free of hair and odors
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
- Original Packaging
- One exchange per order
- Tags attached
- Not bent in half to ship back
- Within 10 days of purchase
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE?
- Once your return is received, please allow 3-7 days for our returns department to process and inspect your return
- You will then receive your store credit via email to reorder the new size or style.
